In today's world, the market is flooded with counterfeits, causing consumers to constantly face the challenge of determining product authenticity. Often, it's impossible to distinguish between a genuine product and a fake, especially when their appearances are nearly identical.
Roxman agency has designed an innovative SaaS platform that provides the means to protect products using authentic labels with QR codes. By scanning the QR code, consumers gain access to an image of a unique fracture pattern, which can be compared to the fracture on the packaging. This approach ensures the product's authenticity and eliminates the possibility of counterfeiting.
Our team designed the mobile web application for Uatag, focusing on the key need - protection against counterfeiting. We also developed a marketing strategy for product development on the consumer's side. The consumer receives additional points that accumulate throughout the user journey and can be exchanged for valuable gifts, after scanning the sticker. In this way, we maintain the connection between the consumer and the brand and strengthen it with various functionalities.
We have created a unique design of stickers that can be adapted to the packaging design. Shape, appearance, and features of the tag can be customized for each client.
Types of Tag
We designed 3 types of stickers. The first is for application on packaging with OTP-SMS. The second is a physical sticker with a PIN-code. And the third is a uniquely designed sticker that can feature either an OTP or a PIN-code. Each type corresponds to its specific packaging and application technology
