AI-Powered Web 3.0 Messenger

Tanka is an innovative instant messenger app designed to enhance communication and achieve a harmonious work/life balance. Integrating the latest Web 3.0 features, Tanka offers a user-friendly interface with advanced functionalities to streamline everyday tasks and interactions.

Problem

In today's fast-paced digital world, people struggle with managing work and personal life, often leading to a lack of balance and effective communication. Traditional messaging apps lack the tools to efficiently organize tasks, ideas, and interactions, making it challenging to maintain a healthy work/life equilibrium.

Solution

Our team was responsible for developing the UX and UI design for Tanka. We focused on creating simple and intuitive interfaces, ensuring that advanced features like message flagging, to-do conversions, and real-time translation were not only functional but also user-friendly. Our efforts helped seamlessly integrate AI-assisted features into an easy-to-use chat environment, enhancing both productivity and user satisfaction.

Contacts

In Tanka, we reimagined contact management. Our design allows for effortless importing, tagging, and organizing of contacts. We also integrated the capability for personalized broadcast messaging, ensuring that our users can communicate efficiently with their groups.

Momans

We designed the interface for Momans in Tanka, a series of human-like AI models. Each Moman, with its unique personality and skill set, was visually and interactively brought to life through our UI design. These AI companions, integrated into the user's contact list, were crafted to facilitate various tasks and provide personalized interactions, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.

Chats

Our team designed Tanka's chat functionality to be comprehensive and user-friendly. Users can effortlessly send texts, voice messages, files, photos, and videos. We integrated task management within chats, enabling users to turn messages into actionable items and capture ideas on the fly.

Sparks

The Spark feature in Tanka, enables users to instantly capture and develop ideas from chats. This feature, designed for simplicity, allows the transformation of spontaneous thoughts into structured notes, fostering creativity and innovation.

To-Do

In designing the to-do functionality of Tanka, we focused on seamless integration with the chat interface. This feature allows users to convert messages into tasks directly, syncing with their calendars for automatic task organization and efficient time management.

Branding

The logo stands on the tail of the message symbol, signifying the balance between work and life.

Ideas

One of the challenges was to visualize the letter T in a less trite way. We visualized half of the letter T and integrated it into the symbols of the message and the text of the Tanka poem. Our key challenge was to keep the symbol simple and recognizable.

Dynamic Symbol

The dynamic logo represents the fluidity and adaptability of the brand. Transformative nature symbolizes a commitment to innovation and an ability to evolve with the ever-changing market demands.

Dark Mode

Dark Mode in Tanka is crafted to ease eye strain and enhance readability in low-light settings. It combines aesthetic appeal with battery efficiency, offering a versatile and comfortable user experience for various lighting conditions.

In our work on Tanka, our primary goal was to elevate the user experience through thoughtful UX and UI design. By carefully crafting each element of the interface, we aimed to make the advanced AI technology and varied features of Tanka not only accessible but also enjoyable for users.
