Boat Sharing App

Jeti Boat is a product that will be extremely popular in the coastal cities, where water transport runs. In fact this is a common taxi, which could be called by a mobile app. The only difference is that instead of a car, the passenger will ride on a boat.

Problem

You can hail a ride using Uber, find a bus using Google Maps, and borrow a scooter using Bird, but the $60 billion maritime passenger transport sector still relies on antiquated hailing, dispatch, and payment systems.

Solution

This creates an opportunity to launch a new product - Jeti Boat, a mobile application for hailing boats, which connects boat drivers and passengers seeking a fast and convenient way to travel on water. Jeti Boat is an ecosystem with several separate products for different users. Passengers have access to a mobile app for quick and easy ordering, captain – a tablet app with up-to-date information about the trip, as well as navigation. Administrators can track orders and actual fleet status using the admin panel.

App for the Captain

Captain use a smart and understandable tablet app with minimum functionality, which, however, includes everything necessary for the successful carriage of the passengers from point A to point B. Before accepting the order, the captain sees the number of passengers, cost of the ride, payment method, as well as the estimated time of arrival at the destination, and navigation.

Passengers Mobile App

Boating is in many cases much faster than using a car but it is only possible between piers. Choosing a pier on the home screen, the passenger can order an individual water taxi or use the regular ferry if it goes to the needed place.

Commodore Dashboard

An administrative panel was created for the Jeti Boat's employees. It’s a place acceptable to manage orders, monitor the fleet's state, get statistic, analytics and much more.

Visual

When a product solves the problem and a user-friendly interface is boosted with an eye-catching visual, the product has a chance to become popular and widely used. The chosen colors convey the Jeti Boat's context of use well, while the elegant typography added modernity and dynamics.

Dark Mode

In Dark Mode, the system uses a darker color palette for all screens, views, menus, and controls, which is extremely convenient at nighttime.
