Community Event Organizer

A platform designed for convenient event planning and social interaction within local communities in the United States. The app combines calendar functionality with group events, making it easy for users to organize and discover events within their municipalities.

Problem

Modern users need an integrated solution for event planning, yet most existing apps overlook the specific needs of local communities. The lack of a locally tailored interface makes engaging with events in individual municipalities challenging.

Solution

We designed a visually engaging and logically structured interface that enables users to easily browse popular groups, people, and upcoming events. A focus on colorful tags and category cards helps users quickly navigate to relevant events and groups that align with their interests.

Admin Panel

We also designed an admin panel that provides moderators with a straightforward and effective tool for managing events. The admin panel allows for the control and editing of event information, monitoring user activity, and ensuring high-quality content moderation on the platform.

Branding

We crafted a cohesive branding for the platform to reflect an atmosphere of collaboration and social engagement. Our goal was to create a recognizable image that highlights the value of bringing people together through events.

Ideas

Our goal was to create a logo that combines simplicity with meaning. We merged the letter E, representing "Eventz," with a group of shapes symbolizing communities and collaboration. These elements together reflect the essence of events and gathering. The result is a modern, recognizable logo that embodies the spirit of shared experiences.

Dynamic Logo

We developed a dynamic logo system that adapts to various event themes and community groups, enhancing the platform’s identity and making it more relatable for users.
