Problem

In the United Arab Emirates, as in many other regions, the banking system is outdated and does not provide modern and effective solutions for users. Citizens and residents face problems such as difficult and complex use of banking apps, high commissions, and a lack of proper security and transparency in conducting banking operations.

Solution

Based on collected feedback and analysis of user needs, we developed a new mobile app for the banking system. It meets modern standards and user requirements thanks to its simple and clear design. This app allows users to easily perform banking operations without unnecessary complications, offering fast and convenient service.

Features

With the RunaFa you can make P2P transfers, create several vaults for a variety of purposes, such as summer vacation or car purchase, as well as manage your banking cards and analyze the expenses with the smart and visualized analytics.

Smart Vaults and Expense Insights

We designed a vault feature where users can set aside funds for future plans by allocating a fraction from each transaction. Additionally, we integrated tools for analyzing expenditures, helping users gain a clearer understanding of their financial patterns.

Lounge Access and In-App Insurance

We incorporated the ability to access exclusive lounges and purchase insurance directly within the app, making banking services even more convenient for users.

Dark Mode

In Dark Mode, the system uses a darker color palette for all screens, views, menus, and controls, and it also brings uses more vibrancy to make foreground content stand out against the darker backgrounds.

Brand

During the development of the "Runa Fa" brand, our team utilized the idea of the Fe rune – a symbol from the ancient Scandinavian runic system. We also integrated this concept into the logo by combining the rune with the letters "r" and "f", thereby creating a unique and meaningful visual representation.

Ideas

The Fe rune (Old Norse fé; Old English feoh) represents the f-sound in the Younger Futhark and Futhorc alphabets. Its name means "(mobile) wealth", cognate to English fee with the original meaning of "sheep" (Dutch Vee, German Vieh, Latin pecū, Sanskrit pashu).

Harmonious Palette of Growth & Wealth

In the design of the logo, the green color was incorporated to symbolize nature and growth, echoing the brand's commitment to sustainability and progression. The yellow hue, reminiscent of gold, was integrated to represent money and wealth, highlighting the brand's aspiration for prosperity and financial success. Together, these colors establish a narrative of thriving in harmony with nature while achieving monetary milestones.

Icons Style

Within the framework of creating a comprehensive visual identity for the brand, we also designed the icons for the application. These icons reflect the key attributes and values of the brand, ensuring coherence and consistency in visual communication. Each icon was crafted to align with the overall style of the brand while simultaneously ensuring intuitiveness and ease of perception for the user.

Guideline

In our company, we always strive for precision and consistency in brand representation. For every logo we design, we create a detailed "Guideline". This document serves as a manual for any company that will collaborate with the brand, providing clear instructions on the correct and consistent use of the logo in various contexts.
